Exchange Policy

We want you—and anyone receiving a gift from us—to love every t-shirt you order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple exchange process.No return, no refund will provide only exchanges

Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchanges only—no refunds will be issued. If your order qualifies under our policy, we will happily exchange your item for a different size or correct a production issue.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error.
  • Colors, shapes, and designs of T-shirts and gift products displayed on the store website may vary slightly in person due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for exchange.
  • The item missing from the delivery box, and the safety seal of the box is broken
  • Received a different item from what has actually been ordered(difference in colour, size, design, or the entire item)
  • The product is not received by the customer or anyone in their home.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, defect, or incorrect customization, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

  • The unopened parcel with a visible shipping label
  • The entire unboxing process in a single, unedited video
  • Clear visibility of the issue, such as damage or error

Claims without an unboxing video may be denied, as this ensures fair and consistent resolution for all customers.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach your unboxing video and any supporting images, if necessary.
  3. We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  5. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be delivered with in 15 business  working day

Gifts

Received a gifted t-shirt in the wrong size or style? Reach out to us—we’ll gladly help you process an exchange, as long as it meets our policy requirements.

Recording Guidelines

When recording your unboxing video:

  • Begin recording before opening the package
  • Show the entire sealed parcel, including shipping label
  • Capture a 360° view of the packaging to show any damage or tampering
  • Open the package in real time without pausing or editing the video
  • Show the item clearly from all angles, including:
    • Personalized elements (e.g., names, initials)
    • Any defects or damage
    • Accessories, tags, or documentation included in the parcel

Important Note

If all above conditions are met and the item qualifies, we will process your exchange only—no monetary refunds will be provided. Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 15 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
