- Order Processing
Please refer to our Image Upload Guidelines and Print & Applications section to ensure your design files are correctly prepared for printing.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This is a receipt of your order, not an acceptance.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or issues with payment.
- Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days
- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and chosen method.
- International Shipping: If available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are approximate and may be impacted by external factors such as carrier delays.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchange Eligibility: Products may be eligible for exchange if reported within 2 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized, customized, products are not eligible for exchange. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific restrictions.
- Colors, shapes, and designs of T-shirts and gift products displayed on the store website may vary slightly in person due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for exchange.
- Exchange Process: Once your request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges will be processed as per our policy.

13 Warranty & Guarantee
Please note that all gifting products and custom-printed items (including but not limited to T-shirts, mugs, cushions, and personalized merchandise) are sold as-is and are not covered under any warranty or guarantee.
Due to the customized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been confirmed and processed. We encourage customers to thoroughly review all personalization details (such as names, images, and text) before finalizing their order.
Minor variations in color, print alignment, or material texture may occur due to the printing process and are not considered defects.
